Container Bulk loading

We have extensive experience with loading ship containers with bulk products, where the container is equipped with a container in-liner.

Container Bulk Loader, Type CBL 300 and CBL 330 for 20 or 40 feet containers.

The unique CBL is ideal for loading of dry bulk commodities into containers, products as fishmeal, malt, grain, animal feed pellets, soya, grains, cereals, flour, seeds, sugar, powder, starches, pellets, plastic granulates, silica and other same type products can be loaded into 20 or 40 feet ship containers very effective and optimal to the roof.

* Note: this system does not harm the liner compared to other systems.
* Remote controlled sidewise and vertical movement of outlet.
* Easy moveable by e.g. a fork lift truck.
* Feeding hopper for connection to a gravity bellow feeder or other customer specific feeding system.
* Execution in mild steel or stainless steel.

Container bag loading

Loading palletless bags onto ship containers.

We have extensive experience with loading of bag loads and box loads into containers without pallets, so you can avoid the expensive manual work.

Shipcontainer loading with bags w/o pallets type APF or PR.
The purpose of the two pallet remover system is to load ship containers to the roof with bag loads or box loads, fast and without damaging the goods in any way and without any manual work.

Both systems requires a standard fork lift truck, the pallet remover itself type PR or APFand a standard fork lift truck mounted with a push-off device, the last fork lift truck shall be able to drive into a container.

Function of type APF.



A standard fork lift truck places the pallets onto the pallet removers base plate, the pallet remover type APF turns the pallet vertical 180 degree, so that wooden pallet is on top, wooden pallet is removed, and pallet load is turned 180 degree back. Then the load is pushed over onto a plate mounted onto the FLT forks, this either from the short side or long side, depending on the loading pattern in the container. FLT with has amounted push unit, drives into the container and push the load controlled off either on the bottom or on an already placed load. The two loads shall be palletised so, that together they fit optimum into the height of container.

The empty pallets is stacked into a magazine, from where the fork lift truck can remove them stack-wise.

No need of a smooth surface on the pallets or use of slip sheets.

Function of type PR.


The type PR is much simpler and thereby a lower investment, requires though a smooth surface or a slip sheet on the pallets. A standard fork lift truck places the pallets onto the pallet remover’s receiving roller conveyor, either cross or long wise, depending on the loading pattern in the container. Then a FLT mounted with a plate on the forks push the pallet away under the load through a “mail box”, the FLT is mounted with a push system or a push-pull system, the latter when using slip sheets. The pallet load is then fully on the FLT plate and can be off loaded in the container. The empty pallet is stacked up in the pallet magazine, see video.
